Northeast Georgia, right where the foothills start getting serious. Clarkesville is a small town with a walkable square and local restaurants. Vineyards are close by. The Chattahoochee National Forest is all around you. It's close enough to Atlanta for an easy drive up but far enough that you actually feel like you left.

Nearly 1,000 feet deep. Six waterfalls, a suspension bridge, and some of the best gorge views on the East Coast.
Anna Ruby Falls
Twin waterfalls in the Chattahoochee National Forest. Easy paved trail from the parking lot. Worth the stop.
Helen, Georgia
An Alpine-themed village with tubing on the Chattahoochee and wine tasting. Touristy but fun, especially with kids.
North Georgia Wildlife & Safari Park
Drive-through safari plus a walk-through zoo. Giraffes, zebras, kangaroos. Kids lose their minds here.
Habersham Vineyards & Winery
One of Georgia's oldest wineries. Tastings, tours, and a gift shop. Good afternoon outing for the adults.

The residences are very nice. The units are spacious and the service is amazing. I love how you don't have to ask to use amenities like putt-putt, basketball, and tennis. It's all free and included with the lease.

Condos located in the North Georgia mountains within driving distance of many state parks, state historical sites and the Alpine village of Helen. Many places to hike, see waterfalls, go tubing in summer, or experience fall foliage.
The units are large, comfortable, and clean. The grounds are well maintained, and at night there's just enough light to feel safe but not overwhelming. We love having a full kitchen and in-unit laundry.
I love that they have so many amenities for FREE for the family, giant yard games, pickleball, tennis, playground, BINGO, water aerobics, shuffleboard, a game closet, a theater! Miniature golf is free and shaded. So family friendly.
Course plays great. First time playing and enjoyed it very much. Will definitely return. Pro shop is nice and well equipped. Driving range is well kept and golf carts are nice and in well-upkept conditions.
