Clarkesville is a small town with good restaurants and vineyards, and there are waterfalls in every direction. The Chattahoochee National Forest wraps around the area. It's the kind of place where most people show up for a weekend and start asking what it costs to live here.

Every unit is a furnished two-bedroom residence with a full kitchen, living area, and room to spread out. Lease 6 to 12 months at a time.
Lodge Residence
The standard two-bedroom layout at 826 square feet. Full kitchen, living area, private balcony or patio. Comfortable as a primary residence or a remote-work base in the mountains.
Presidential Residence
Nearly 60% more space at 1,312 square feet. Same two-bedroom layout but with upgraded finishes and a lot more room for a family or anyone who wants extra breathing room.

Northeast Georgia, right where the foothills start getting serious. Clarkesville is a small town with a walkable square and local restaurants. Vineyards are close by. The Chattahoochee National Forest is all around you. It's close enough to Atlanta for an easy drive up but far enough that you actually feel like you left.

Nearly 1,000 feet deep. Six waterfalls, a suspension bridge, and some of the best gorge views on the East Coast.
Anna Ruby Falls
Twin waterfalls in the Chattahoochee National Forest. Easy paved trail from the parking lot. Worth the stop.
Helen, Georgia
An Alpine-themed village with tubing on the Chattahoochee and wine tasting. Touristy but fun, especially with kids.
North Georgia Wildlife & Safari Park
Drive-through safari plus a walk-through zoo. Giraffes, zebras, kangaroos. Kids lose their minds here.
Habersham Vineyards & Winery
One of Georgia's oldest wineries. Tastings, tours, and a gift shop. Good afternoon outing for the adults.

The resort was very nice. The rooms were spacious and the service was amazing. I loved how you don't have to ask to use amenities like putt-putt, basketball, tennis. It's all free and included with your stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Outstanding. We had our annual family reunion here which ranged in age from 98 down to 8 months. A total of 140+ showed up. All of the amenities were there for all ages. Could not have asked for a better place for our family.
Condos located in the North Georgia mountains within driving distance of many state parks, state historical sites and the Alpine village of Helen. Many places to hike, see waterfalls, go tubing in summer, or experience fall foliage.
The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. Outside was clean, well maintained, and at night just enough light to feel safe but not overwhelming. We enjoy having a kitchen so we can keep items and make our preferred breakfast.
I love that they have so many amenities for FREE for the family — giant yard games, pickleball, tennis, playground, BINGO, water aerobics, shuffleboard, a game closet, a theater! Miniature golf is free and shaded. So family friendly.
Course plays great. First time playing and enjoyed it very much. Will definitely return. Pro shop is nice and well equipped. Driving range is well kept and golf carts are nice and in well-upkept conditions.
