The second suite has its own kitchenette and private entrance. Use it as a guest suite or a home office. It can also work as a fully separate unit for anyone who needs to come and go on their own schedule.

Lease Details, No Surprises
The details you'll want before you apply. Furnished or unfurnished, deposits, utilities, pets, and terms, all in one place.
Furnished or Unfurnished
Your choice, on every unit. Lease it unfurnished and make it your own, or move in furnished if you'd rather skip the setup. Just tell our leasing team which way you want it.
Utilities
Electricity and internet are set up and paid by the resident. Water, sewer, and trash are billed back monthly based on usage, as a separate line item alongside rent — so you only pay your fair share. Units include TVs, though cable TV service is not provided. For more information on getting utilities started, our leasing team is happy to help.
Security Deposit
A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at lease signing, along with any applicable move-in costs. It's held for the term of the lease and returned per the lease terms when you move out.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome for residents. A $300 pet deposit and $25/month pet rent apply per approved pet. Pets are welcome across the property except in the clubhouse and pool/hot-tub areas.
Lease Terms
6-12 month leases. To qualify, applicants show proof of income of at least 3x the monthly rent. Apply online, then a quick screening and you're set.
Mountain Living Without the Mortgage
You don't have to buy a lodge to live in the mountains. These are real apartments in a resort setting.

Trade your home office for a mountain office. Full kitchen, quiet surroundings, and zero commute. Set up your own internet and hit the golf course at lunch.
