Fees & Payment
Is the resort fee included in the advertised rate?
No, the resort fee is not included in the advertised rate.
Are incidental holds or a security deposit placed on my credit card?
A $200 incidental hold will be applied to the personal credit or debit card you provide during check-in. The hold is released on your check-out date. The time it takes for the funds to reflect back in your account depends on your banking institution.
Can I pay with cash, debit, or only a credit/debit card?
We do not accept cash. Credit and debit cards only.
Check-In & Access
How do I access my unit?
You will receive key cards which grant access into your rented unit.
Do I need to check in at the front desk or is it self check-in?
Check-in is at our Front Office, located inside the member registration building.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may include an additional fee.
Units & In-Room
Do all units have the same layout and furnishings?
Not all units have the same layout. All units are equipped with the same type of items but not necessarily the exact same pieces.
Are linens, towels, and kitchen essentials provided?
Yes — linens, towels, and kitchen essentials like kitchen towels, a trivet, and a dish sponge are provided.
Do units have full kitchens or kitchenettes?
All of our units have a full kitchen, and a few units have additional kitchenettes.
Are there TVs?
Yes — all units are equipped with TVs with cable service.
Do units have heating as well as air conditioning?
Yes, both heating and air conditioning are available.
Are fireplaces functional?
Our presidential units have electric fireplaces activated by a wall switch.
Is there temperature control inside the unit?
Yes — each unit has its own temperature control.
Parking
Is parking free?
Yes, parking is free.
Are oversized vehicles or trailers allowed?
Oversized vehicles and trailers are allowed only when our office is informed ahead of time and an available parking spot can be assigned.
Resort Amenities
Are amenities open year-round?
Yes — amenities are open year-round; however, hours of operation may vary by season.
What are the pool hours?
The pool and hot tub are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The pool itself is open seasonally.
Are amenities ever closed for maintenance?
Yes — amenities are closed when maintenance is required.
Is the fitness room accessible 24/7 or limited hours?
The fitness room is not open 24/7. Hours are 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Are amenities shared with long-term residents?
Yes — amenities are shared between our short-term guests and long-term residents.
Housekeeping
Is housekeeping daily, weekly, or only after check-out?
Housekeeping is only provided after checkout.
Can I request extra towels or supplies?
You may request additional towels and supplies. These are provided based on availability and length of stay.
Is there an additional cost for extra cleaning?
Yes — there is an additional cost for extra or unscheduled cleaning.
Location & Connectivity
Are there grocery stores or restaurants nearby?
Yes — several area restaurants and grocery stores are within a short drive. Call the office during business hours for recommendations.
How far is the property from key attractions?
Certain key attractions are a short 5-minute drive away. You can reach all the best the area offers within 45 minutes.
Is there cellphone service on property?
Yes, cell phone service is available on the property, though signal quality may vary by provider.
Property Policies
What is your quiet hours policy?
Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Is smoking allowed on property?
Smoking is not permitted inside any units. A designated smoking area is available on the property.
What happens if something is damaged during my stay?
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Charges may apply depending on the item and the extent of the damage.
Cancellations & Disruptions
What is your refund policy for early departure?
Refunds are not provided for early departure. Guests are responsible for the full reservation amount once the stay begins.
What happens in case of weather-related disruptions?
Weather-related disruptions do not qualify for refunds. Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly and consider travel insurance.
What happens during power outages?
In the event of a power outage, our team will work with the local utility provider to restore service as quickly as possible. Power outages are outside of our control and do not qualify for a refund.
Is there backup internet or a generator?
No — we do not have a backup internet connection or generator.
Extended Stays
Do you offer discounted extended stays?
Yes — we offer discounted rates for extended stays. Discounts may vary based on length of stay, availability, and season.
Can I transition from a short-term stay to a long-term lease?
Yes — transitioning from a short-term stay to a long-term lease may be possible, subject to availability. An application and screening process is required.
Pets
Are pets allowed for both short-term and long-term stays?
Pets are not permitted for short-term stays. Pets are allowed for long-term residents, subject to applicable fees and restrictions.
Are there breed or weight restrictions?
Yes — breed and weight restrictions apply. Please contact our office for specific details.
Is there a pet fee or deposit?
Yes — a pet fee and deposit are required for approved pets for long-term residents only.
Are there designated pet areas?
There are no designated pet areas. Pets belonging to long-term residents are welcome on the property, except in the clubhouse and pool/hot-tub areas.
Long-Term Residency
What is required to apply for long-term housing?
Complete the online application followed by a screening process. Applicants must provide proof of income showing at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Upon approval, a security deposit and applicable move-in costs are required.
Are utilities included in long-term rent?
Utilities are not included in the rent. They are billed separately to the tenant.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes — renter's insurance is required with a minimum coverage of $100,000.
Are long-term furnished options available?
Yes — all of our long-term rental units are fully furnished.
